Bespoke EDI Consultancy Services Built Around Your Organisation
No two organisations are the same — and neither are our solutions. Every service we offer is tailored to where you are in your EDI journey, the unique challenges your people face, and the outcomes you want to achieve.
Leadership Support & Coaching
Effective EDI doesn’t happen without effective leadership. Yet many leaders — however committed — lack the confidence, knowledge or tools to translate their intentions into meaningful action.
Our Leadership Support & Coaching service offers tailored 1:1 executive coaching and group support to help leaders at all levels deepen their understanding of EDI, strengthen their inclusive leadership practice and feel genuinely equipped to drive change within their teams and organisations.
Working closely with each leader, we begin by exploring their current knowledge, skills and lived awareness of EDI. From there, we collaboratively set personal development objectives and use a rich range of evidence-based tools and reflective techniques to build capability, challenge assumptions and foster authentic, courageous leadership.
Whether you are a Chief Executive embedding EDI at Board level, a People Director building a more inclusive culture, or a line manager wanting to better support a diverse team — our coaching meets you where you are and takes you where you need to go.
D&I Audits & Culture Reviews
Before you can build a more inclusive organisation, you need an honest, evidence-based picture of where you currently stand. That is exactly what our D&I Audits and Culture Reviews provide.
We work with organisations to undertake thorough EDI research and audit processes that go beneath the surface — combining desktop research, workforce data analysis, staff engagement exercises, focus groups and 1:1 interviews to surface the real picture of your organisational culture.
The result is a detailed report that highlights your current strengths and good practice, identifies gaps and systemic barriers, and provides clear, prioritised recommendations to drive meaningful improvement. This report then serves as the baseline from which your EDI strategy and objectives can be built.
We also support organisations to gather the evidence needed to achieve and maintain external accreditations — including the Stonewall Workplace Index, Disability Confident and other nationally recognised standards.
Anti Racist Leadership
Creating an anti-racist organisation begins with leaders who are prepared to challenge inequity, lead with courage and embed meaningful change. Anti-racist leadership goes beyond awareness, it requires a commitment to reflection, accountability and taking action that transforms organisational culture.
Our Anti-Racism Leadership Programme is designed for senior leaders and teams who want to build inclusive organisations where racial equity is embedded in everyday practice. Combining evidence-based learning with practical application, the programme equips leaders with the knowledge, confidence and tools to drive sustainable organisational change.
Delivered through three interactive half-day, face-to-face workshops at your chosen venue, the programme covers the foundations of anti-racist leadership, understanding racial bias and creating inclusive cultures, and embedding anti-racism into organisational strategy. Participants leave with practical actions and a clear framework for leading lasting and measurable change.
Inclusive Leadership Masterclass
Successful organisational cultures begin with leaders who set the tone, shape expectations and act as visible role models for inclusive behaviours. Creating an inclusive workplace requires more than good intentions , it demands leaders with the awareness, skills and confidence to foster environments where everyone can thrive.
Our Inclusive Leadership Masterclass is designed for senior leaders, executive teams and boards, using our unique Inclusive Leadership Model. Developed from national and international best practice, it combines academic research with extensive professional experience to help leaders develop the knowledge, behaviours and mindset needed to become consciously inclusive.
Through an engaging and interactive learning experience, participants explore the key components of inclusive leadership, reflect on their own leadership practice and gain practical tools to lead positive cultural change. The result is stronger, more inclusive leadership that builds trust, drives engagement and delivers better outcomes across the organisation.
Investigations
When serious EDI-related concerns arise in the workplace — whether relating to discrimination, harassment, bullying or systemic inequity — organisations need expert, impartial support to handle them with the sensitivity, rigour and fairness they deserve.
Our Investigations service provides experienced, independent investigation support for organisations navigating complex equality-related cases and workplace complaints.
We bring deep expertise in equality law, EDI best practice and organisational dynamics to ensure that investigations are thorough, fair, trauma-informed and fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
We work with HR teams, senior leaders and Boards to ensure that lessons learned from investigations are fed back into organisational practice — turning difficult situations into opportunities for genuine cultural improvement.
Policy Review & Strategy Development
A truly inclusive organisation needs more than good intentions — it needs clear direction, visible commitment and a strategy that holds the organisation accountable for making real and sustained progress.
Our Policy Review & Strategy Development service supports organisations to build robust, meaningful EDI strategies that reflect the lived experiences of their workforce, align with their values and translate into concrete, measurable action.
We strongly believe that strategy cannot be written in isolation. Our approach brings together staff at every level of the organisation — through desktop research, 1:1 interviews, focus groups, data collection and workforce profiling — to ensure that your strategy is built with your people, not just for them.
The result is an EDI strategy that is authentic, ambitious and owned across your organisation — along with the policies, frameworks and implementation support needed to bring it to life.
Reciprocal Mentoring for Inclusion
Reciprocal Mentoring for Inclusion is one of the most powerful tools available to organisations serious about driving cultural change at leadership level. It creates the conditions for honest, transformative dialogue that no training programme alone can achieve.
Our Reciprocal Mentoring for Inclusion Programme pairs senior leaders with staff from underrepresented or marginalised backgrounds in a structured, two-way mentoring partnership. Through guided conversations, reflective practice and shared learning, participants gain genuine insight into lived experiences, organisational culture, and the barriers that affect equality, progression and belonging — working together to identify and co-create solutions.
The programme includes a two-day interactive training module that equips all participants with the skills, language and confidence needed to engage meaningfully and productively. Training covers active listening, recognising and addressing bias, building psychological safety, having courageous conversations, and reflective communication.
Participants leave not only with deepened personal understanding but with practical tools to sustain inclusive leadership practices long after the programme concludes.
Global Majority Leadership Development Programme
Building Personal Presence, Impact & Influence — Designed to Help Individuals Excel & Thrive.
The Global Majority Leadership Development Programme is a transformative, bespoke leadership development programme designed exclusively for Global Majority staff. Delivered across eight immersive modules, it provides participants with the tools, skills, knowledge and confidence to take ownership of their career, amplify their leadership presence and drive meaningful change within their organisations and beyond.
The programme addresses both the internal journey — identity, self-belief, purpose and aspiration — and the external landscape — navigating power and influence, dismantling systemic barriers, building networks and creating lasting professional impact. It is grounded in academic theory, informed by lived experience and delivered in a safe, affirming space where participants are truly seen and heard.
Each cohort benefits from individual and group coaching, access to professional networks, structured Reciprocal Mentoring with senior leaders, and inspiration from diverse role models who share their personal journeys and strategies for success.
