Purple Infusion Ltd is a Leadership and Inclusion Consultancy founded by Safina Nadeem and Tara Hewitt. It was set up on the principle of working with organisations to create innovation and learning while ensuring Inclusion is at the heart of everything. Safina and Tara have over 30 years of experience of working in Equality and Inclusion and bring their extensive knowledge, lived experience as well as academic understanding to provide a rich learning environment.

The first step in your Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) journey is simply to understand where you are in that journey . We work with organisations to undertake EDI research and audits which provide a benchmark on current performance as well as recognise any gaps and immediate challenges . This helps organisations hold a mirror up to themselves and gain a true and honest picture.Our research and audit process involves desktop research and data analysis as well as staff engagement, providing organisations with deeper organisational insight.Findings from the audit will be provided in a report outlining findings with key themes, good practice and recommendations to improve practice. The report can then be a baseline to develop organisational EDI strategy and objectives.In addition, we support organisations to identify evidence to gain external accreditations such as Stonewall Workplace Index, Disability Confident and other accreditations.

We offer 1:1 Leadership support and coaching to help leaders feel more confident and comfortable about EDI.
