Purple Infusion have been a trusted partner in supporting Stockport Council’s journey to becoming a more inclusive organisation. Their collaborative approach, expert facilitation and ability to create safe, honest conversations have had a significant impact on our leaders and culture. They have delivered Inclusive Leadership Masterclasses ,provided sound advice and guidance on culturally sensitive issues, delivered our first Global Majority Leadership development programme, supported our development of Inclusive Recruitment and are working with us to become an Anti-Racist organisation. As a Chief People Officer, I know that calling out systemic racism and discrimination is not always easy.The fear of challenge or detriment can be very real within the NHS. Safina has been a trusted, calming and courageous colleague who has consistently helped me and others find the confidence to ask the right questions, challenge inequity, and focus on the systemic changes needed to create lasting improvement. Purple Infusion played a pivotal role to help us begin our EDI journey in 2020. Their approach challenged our thinking , encouraged honest reflections and helped identify key issues and solutions. They ran 2 comprehensive EDI audits for us , delivered workshops and also provided coaching and advice.
